English Language Requirements

All students applying to the University College Plymouth St Mark and St John must show that they have a good level of spoken and written English. The following qualifications are accepted by the University College.

POSTGRADUATE

| CPE Cambridge ESOL Certificate of Proficiency in English | Level C or above |

Notes:
1. Other language qualifications can be considered. Some more linguistically demanding programmes may require higher minimum English language standards, particularly in relation to specific skill areas.
2. Those who can demonstrate their secondary education has been conducted in English will not be required to take a language test.
3. Your language certification must be recent: TOEFL and IELTS results are valid for two years only.
